Overview

Cleargentic gives businesses a hosted way to request specific verified facts and lets people reuse approved proof across its network. The merchant keeps its existing login and applies its own business rules after verification.

The challenge

A business may need a small set of verified facts before it approves an account or transaction. Repeating checks can make people share the same source material with each service, while a merchant still needs to know who requested the information, what was checked, and what result can be disclosed. The verification flow must make those boundaries clear and leave the merchant responsible for its own business decision.

Our approach

The merchant identifies its user and requests the facts needed for a stated purpose. A hosted page shows the requester, verified domain, requested facts, sources, and disclosure boundary before the user consents and completes the checks.

Each result carries a claim status and provenance: its source, method, verification time, expiry, and assurance. These fields make the verified fact and its limits available for review.

The hosted experience also connects an existing profile and eligible organization claims to a new request. Reuse remains tied to the facts that qualify for the request and the approved disclosure.

The outcome

The result is a verification exchange built around selected, reviewable claims. People can complete a hosted request and reuse approved proof where the network supports it. Each merchant receives the requested outcomes and applies its own account or access rules.
